What is Voitanos Learn?
Voitanos Learn is where students watch the courses they’ve enrolled in, get answers to their questions, and get access to student-only events! It’s hosted on Circle, an industry-leading community platform available via both web and mobile apps.
When you enroll in one of our courses, you join a community of Microsoft 365 developers. Depending on the courses you’ve enrolled in, you’ll have access to different spaces for course content, discussions, events, and more.
History
- September 2017: Voitanos launched its first courses, hosted on Kajabi (
courses.voitanos.io). - April 18, 2025: Voitanos migrated to Circle.so, launching Voitanos Learn (
learn.voitanos.io) as the new student experience. Invitations were sent to all existing students at their registered email addresses, with multiple reminders in the following months. - March 31, 2026: All unclaimed Voitanos Learn invitations were purged.
For Legacy Students (enrolled before April 18, 2025)
If you enrolled in a Voitanos course before April 18, 2025, here’s what you need to know:
- Your Kajabi account was NOT migrated. Your old Course Library (
courses.voitanos.io) login and password do not apply to Voitanos Learn. - Circle accounts work like social networks. You have your own Circle account, and you get invited into Circle communities (like Voitanos Learn). Think of it like Facebook: you have your own account, then you join groups.
- If you already have a Circle account from joining another community, you can use that same account for Voitanos Learn.
- If you don’t have a Circle account, you need to create one first, then you’ll be added to the Voitanos Learn community.
- We cannot create Circle accounts on your behalf. Only you can create your Circle account.
- We cannot reset your Circle password. Password resets are handled directly through Circle. Refer to Circle’s help docs on logging in if you need assistance.
- Invitations were sent on April 18, 2025 to the email address you registered with on Kajabi, with multiple reminders sent in the months that followed. Unclaimed invites were purged on March 31, 2026 and are no longer valid.
How to Join Voitanos Learn
New Students
Enroll in any of our courses, including free courses like the Mastering the SharePoint Framework: Starter Bundle.
When your enrollment is processed, you’ll receive an invitation to join Voitanos Learn. If your email is does not match an existing Circle.so account, you’ll be prompted to first create an account.
Legacy Students Who Never Accepted Their Invite
All unclaimed invitations from the April 2025 migration were purged in March 2026. If you never accepted your invitation, you must request a new one.

I already have a Circle account for another community. Can I use it for Voitanos Learn?
Yes! When you accept an invitation or enroll in a course, you can sign in to your existing Circle account instead of creating a new one. That account will then be added to the Voitanos Learn community.
I created my account but don’t see my courses.
Make sure to watch the START HERE course once you get access to Voitanos Learn so you’re familiar with the experience.

I’m having trouble resetting my password.
Voitanos cannot reset your Circle password. Password management is handled directly by Circle. Visit Circle’s help docs on logging in for assistance.
If you never accepted your original invite and are trying to reset a password for an account that doesn’t exist yet, you’ll need to request a new invitation first.
